Interesting that this applicant clearly knows something about Elixxir and blockchain, but didn’t choose to fill out the last few questions. Anyone have thoughts on how this should be prioritized, and how weight should be given to diligence and demonstrated interest vs. extenuating circumstances (like a language barrier)?
