| What kind of improvements would you like to see in Elixxir nodes vs. previous the previous nodes you have supported? | A good GUI (like Casa Node), but with more customization for fees and other variables. (Casa Node has zero customization). I would like easy access to both manual address (Public Key, IP Address and Port) as well as connection code. Links to block explorers for sent transactions and node network. Compatible Open Channels, with every wallet (Currently if you try to open a channel with some nodes like LNBIG or Bitrefill’s Thor, they only work on specific wallets). A LApp browser like BlueWallet has built in. I look forward to working with you and making Elixxer the best node yet!!! |
| What are potential setbacks preventing you from operating an Elixxir node? | None, I can run it on a static IP, on Tor or using NoIp.com for DNS, essentially however you would like me to test the node I can and provide feedback. I want to help. Thanks |

| What is the difference between decentralized networks and distributed networks, and where on the decentralization spectrum do you sit? | Distributed is centralized, decentralized is optimal. That being said Lightning will have some hubs that will have minimal centralization, however the more large nodes that join the network the more decentralized it will be. I’m also a lifetime member of the Bitcoin Foundation. |
